Abillity to set the same hotkey for both [Execute ALL
SQL] & [Execute Selected SQL].

If text is selected in [SQL Execute Viewer] the perform
the selection execute if nothing selected then All SQL
Execte.

If I'll set the same hotkey now it performs nothing
