client_main.c migrates metaserver "http://www.cazfi.net/freeciv/metaserver/" found in the client options as the DEFAULT_METASERVER_OPTION. It's very long time since cazfi.net metaserver was used as the default, just for one release. I think we can drop this hack now. It would also enable using the that same cazfi.net metaserver URL for a non-default metaserver.
