A new contrib dir was added. The default bantype
was set to 13 on antiflyby.tcl. The kb and +ban
bugs were fixed. cvsup support was removed. All
modules were disabled by default. The
auto-installer was upgraded to use eggdrop 1.6.17.
A peak command was added.
