Various bugfixes were made for image handling, the
edit.noents.xml feature, and more. Inkscape is
used for SVG transformations instead of convert. A
new %.$(LANG).xmlvalidity target was added in
manuals/%/ to record XML validity errors in the
whole manual. A new xmlvalidity target was added
in reports/ that gathers all above reports for all
manuals in all languages. An xmlvalidity publish
PUBTYPE was added for the above report.
