'cd ..' has been fixed to work correctly. 'cd /' has been added as an option. The prompt has been set to include the CWD. Connect.pm has been fixed to complain when it does not get a server list. ls.pm has been fixed to show nothing when there are no subordinates, rather than complaining. Some other small bugs have been fixed, and more debugging has been added.

This is an initial release, providing the following functionality: Configuration of and authentication to multiple LDAP servers, thus simplifying later authentication, simple CLI-based navigation and entry viewing, using an 'ls' command, simple $EDITOR-based editing of entries, and a couple of other basic but useful commands, such as 'pwd'.
