NetCPR is a tool to get remote network services
back online after your machine gets another IP,
killing your remote connections. When machine A
changes its IP, some services on machine B don't
see the change until restarted. This program has
machine B monitor machine A, and gets those
programs on machine B to connect to the new IP of
machine A (software to be run on machine B).
