Multi Adapter Concept
The multi adapter concept was introduced. A lot of code was moved from the FishstatJ adapter to abstract classes in OpenSDMX. XML was formatted for the registry. A reference to the SDMX schemas was added in the produced SDMX XML artefacts. The WATER_AREA codelist was added.
