This release permits the use of -l to limit the size of
PAR2 files and -c to specify the exact number of
recover blocks to create. You can also use -v and -q
for more verbose or quieter operation. 64-bit file
systems are now supported. The file handling code
was adjusted so that it no longer opens large
numbers of files simultaneously.
