picprg is a command line or ncurses based
Microchip PIC programmer. It features a flexible
configuration interface that allows the programmer
functions to be assigned to any parallel port pin,
with any polarity. It is compatible with David
Tait style PIC programmers, as well as the ITU-1
and the plethora of variations on these programmers.
