PostArabic adds Arabic shaping functionality to
the PostgreSQL database. The module is written in
C and adds the following functions to PL/SQL:
shape_arabic(), unshape_arabic(), and utf8dump().

Minor feature enhancements
This release adds the bidi_reorder() function that
provides better results than str_reorder() for
numbers embedded in Arabic text. In addition, it
fixes a build problem on Linux where libarabic.dll
was referenced in arabic.sql instead of arabic.so.
