The Python Multimodal Hub is an implementation of
the Multimodal Middleware Protocol. It is used to
interconnect components in a network and to route
messages between them. One of the goals of the
project is to fully implement the protocol and to
enable user-configured profiles. New components
can be easily developed in Python using the
included library. It can also be used to link
devices in a home network and to interact with
mobile phones.
