Russian Mafia is a multiplayer IRC game
implementation of the popular game, Russian Mafia,
which is based on the Russian card game "MAFIA".
The peaceful civilians attempt to kill all the
Mafia and maniacs, while the Mafia and maniacs
attempt to kill all the civilians.

In this version, a bug was fixed in which players
could make hidden votes in a private message to a
bot. The roles of informer and killer were fixed.
Now all identifiers and passwords are case
insensitive. A one round penalty for suicide was
added. Day votes will end faster if there's a
majority of votes for condemnation. If killed when
the WHOIS command is used, the player doesn't
receive the requested info. Some minor bugs were
fixed concerning saving of statistics, sorting
players, removing players, and changing pass.
