E2MAPから帰投後に以下のエラーが出ました ちょうど遠征もかえってきてました

これは母港に遷移したときに、資材などの数字を保存するときに出ているエラーです。原因はおそらくウィルス対策ソフトですので、検出対象からKancolleSnifferのフォルダを除外してみてください。
