Development Statusをbetaに変更しました。
今リリースの変更は次の通り。
* reimplemented ControlPanel components.
* multiprocess-server option is automatically disabled
  at MS-Windows platform.
* `page cache hit log' is added to web page maker framework.
* parameters for modules of documents and filters are associated to
  its names.
* sample CGI of web page maker framework.
