Currently Tombo only supports %M month format (01,
02, ...) -- it would be nice to:
1. introduce single-digit month format
2. make time and date codes consistent with standard
Unix strings, e.g.:
http://unixhelp.ed.ac.uk/CGI/man-cgi?date
In this case, the single-digit month format would be
defined as %e.
