Configuration File Package Distribution Has Started

As of today, we will begin distributing the contents of "/etc/skel". This package is intended to provide more flexibility in providing standard configuration files, but it is not included in the disk images that have already been distributed. Therefore, both those who have already installed the OS and those who are going to install in the future, please follow the procedure below to introduce the configuration files.
1. Run the following command.
cd /etc/skel
sudo rm -rf .{config,cinnamon,icons,local,kde4,pam_environment,xprofile,xscreensaver}
2. Install the right package
