バックアップができません (2015-05-27 23:06 by chappy3 #76235)

レナタルサーバーwappyで、サーバーのバージョンを切り替えたところ、バックアップができない現象が発生しています。「バックアップが完了しました」のメッセージが表示されますが、バックアップした圧縮ファイルは作られていません。

正常に作動していたサーバー情報
■wp011
　OS　 ：Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
　PHP　：5.1.6
　MySQL：5.0.95

バックアップができないサーバー情報
■wp022
　OS　 ：CentOS 6
　PHP　：5.3.3
　MySQL：5.1.73

wappyに問い合わせたところ、PHPのバージョンについて確認してください、とのことでした。なにかお気づきの点はないでしょうか。

データ移行時のbackup.cgiについても同じ現象です。

バックアップ作成のプログラムはphpではなく、perl言語です。
なので、phpのバージョンは関係ないはずです。

HTTPのrootディレクトリのパーミッションが原因である事も考えられます。

perlのバージョンは下記の通りです。
バックアップができたサーバー：perl 5.8.8
バックアップができないサーバー：perl5.10.1

「HTTPのrootディレクトリのパーミッションが原因である事も考えられます。」
とのことですが、どのようなパーミシッションの数値が推奨されるのでしょうか。
