CatchingVodafoneAntennas支援機能というのが
追加になってますが、使い方が判りません。
どうやって使うのですか？
位置情報は表示されているのですが、
「未登録の場所」としか出ません。

１．JAVA が実行できる環境を用意してください（携帯じゃダメです）。
２．http://ese.s25.xrea.com/atrain/catchvconv.jar を保存します。
３．コンソール上で保存したフォルダに移動し、次のコマンドを打ちます。
java -jar catchvconv.jar F=B
これで、関東のデータができます。
java -jar catchvconv.jar F=C
これで、中部のデータができます。
java -jar catchvconv.jar F=B/13
これで、東京のデータができます。
連続して次のように打つと、
java -jar catchvconv.jar F=B/13
java -jar catchvconv.jar F=B/14 +
東京と神奈川のデータができます。
データの指定は
http://roseqz.ddo.jp/~roseqz/g/gloc/
に準じています。

これで catchv.dat ができるので、本体の/etc ホルダに入れて、A-train-R を起動しなおせば、支援機能モードで立ち上がります。
「未登録の場所」と言われたら、アンテナを登録すればよいです。
注意すべきは、
１．位置情報は重要な個人情報である。
２．Catching Vodafone Antennas の安全性は各自判断で。
３．位置情報のほかに、端末の製造番号が記録されている可能性がある。
くらいです。

Java Platform J2SE v 1.4.2_03 の SDK と JRE
をPCにインストールしたのですが、
catchvconv.jarを開いてもJAVAコンソールが起動しません。
それでもcatchv.datができるのですが、本体の/etcフォルダに入れても上手く機能しません。

何か問題でもあるのでしょうか？

j2seを入れると
C:\Program Files\j2sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2\bin
にjava.exeができますよね
コマンドプロンプトでcatchvconv.jar を
java -jar catchvconv.jar F=B
で catchv.dat が作成されます。
上記例（関東）で9kbちょいのサイズになります。
バイナリエディタでみるとビッグエンディアン形式で
経度、緯度が秒単位で4バイトで羅列されています。
それをSDカードを経由して本体の/etcに入れると
動きます。　なお、この支援機能はcatchv.datに
登録されていない情報（アンテナ）を見つけた場合に
のみ画面にメッセージを表示するので、登録済みの
情報をキャッチしている間は何も起こりません。

catchvconv.jar はネットワークアクセスしますので
予めインターネットに接続しておく必要があります。
会社等でproxyを通している場合はうまく行かないと
思います。

インターネット上のデータにアクセスできない場合は
0サイズのcatchv.datが残ります。

V902Tを使用しています。
atrain-screenshot6.jpgで示されたような地名情報（地名）を出す方法はないのでしょうか？
（環境）
A-train-R 3GC版：7.5.99
A-train utils　：7.5.95
「その他ファイル」に「atrain」フォルダを作って「altcva.dat」という空ファイルをコピー済み、
「catchv.dat」という空ファイルをコピー済み。
http://altcva.main.jp/user.cgi にユーザ登録済み
ＰＣから位置情報は登録されています。

ＰＤＣでないと現状は無理なのでしょうか？

あのスクリーンショットを撮影した時点ではできてたのですが（PDCです）、3G ではできません。説明文も古くなったので、ぼちぼち書き直します。（メールの表示もできなくなってますね）。アンテナを探すたびにサーバーに接続して・・・というのは、アプリの公開基準に引っかかるので無理です。

1. catchconv.jar をダウンロードする。
　 IEであれば、アドレスの部分に
http://ese.s25.xrea.com/atrain/catchvconv.jar と入れれば
ファイル保存のメッセージが出ますので、適当なフォルダに保存して下さい。

2. コマンドプロンプトを起動する。

3. catchconv.jarを保存したフォルダに移動し、次のコマンドを実行する。（入力する)

(例えばcatchconv.jarをc:\workに保存した場合は)

c:
cd \work
"C:\Program Files\j2sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2\bin\java" -jar catchvconv.jar F=B

C:\Program Files\j2sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2\binにpatchが通っていれば
java -jar catchvconv.jar F=B
　 でもOKです。

　 カレントフォルダに関東のcatchv.datが作成されます。
　サイズが9kb強となっていることを確認して下さい。
　　 サイズが0の場合は、インターネット上のデータファイルにアクセスできていないと
　　思われるの、接続を確認して下さい。
会社等でproxyを通している場合はうまくいかないと思います。

5. sdカードのデータフォルダにcatchv.datをコピーする

6. 携帯にsdカードをセットし、catchv.datを携帯本体の/etcの下へコピーする。
携帯本体に既にcatchv.datがある場合は予め消去しておいて下さい。

補足
　私は以下のようなバッチファイルを作成して関東、新潟県、長野県の情報を
　一括出力するようにしています。

echo off
echo 関東のｱﾝﾃﾅ情報を作成します。
"C:\Program Files\j2sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2\bin\java" -jar catchvconv.jar F=B
echo 新潟県ののｱﾝﾃﾅ情報を追加します。

コマンドプロンプトで言われたとおりに入力したら支援モードで立ち上げることができました。

しかし、｢現在1337地点が登録されています｣というメッセージが出た後いつもと画面が変わらないのですが
支援モードというのは↓常にこの画面になっているのが普通なのでしょうか？

CatchingVodafoneAntennas支援機能、楽しく使用させて頂いてます。

このツリーを参考にして全国版のcatchv.datファイルを作成しました。（５５Kbになりました。）
特に、問題ないように動作しているのですが、
　・ファイルサイスが大きすぎる
　・動作が遅く（重く）なる
ってことはあるのでしょうか？

的外れな質問かも知れませんがご教授願います。

通常の支援モード時には、１分ごと（毎00秒）に比較を行っています。時計を見て、00秒と01秒の間にもたつきが感じられたら、重くなっているのだと思います。
もし心配なら、主要な行動地域を先頭に持ってくるようにデータを作れば比較の計算量が少なくなります。
たとえば大阪に住んでいるなら、
大阪府→近畿他府県→他地域の順でデータを作れば、負荷は小さくなると思われます。

JAVAの知識はほとんどないので､このページの通りにやりながら使わせてもらっているのですが…､
catchvcon.jar F=Bで出来るdatファイルによるアンテナ数とroseqz氏のサイトの関東のアンテナ数に200以上の差があるのですが､他の方々は如何でしょうか？
試しに東北北海道を作ってみると､数は一致しています｡

catchvconv.jar が 1MB 以上の html を受け付けない状態になっていました。最新の catchvconv.jar を試してみてください。

もし作れるのならば、Catching Vodafone AntennasのユーザーloginからListをローカルに保存・コンバートして自分だけの開拓データーが作れると思うのですが

CatchinvVodafoneAntennas には A-train でつかえるデータ形式が出力できる機能があります。

これで、リストが表示されますが、これを

とすると、catchv.dat として使えるデータになります。ただ、IEだとうまくいかないのが難点です。

いろいろ試して見ましたがどうしても上手くいきませんでした…
起動時に表示される“登録されている地点の数”は合ってるのですが、未登録の場所と出てしまいます

position.datはもちろん消去した状態で、
マップ表示は現在掴んでるアンテナ＝1箇所だけが表示されています
保存方法が悪いのでしょうか？製作者様はどのような方法で保存されてますか？

Mozilla というブラウザを使っています。
login して、List を表示します。
そのときのURLの最後に、&Da=1 と付け加えてアクセスします。
変な文字列が表示されるので、そのページを名前をつけて保存します。名前はそのまま catchv.dat にします。
これでいけてます。

Mozillaはもちろんの事、IE（Sleipnir）、Netscape、Opera等の各種ブラウザで試して見ましたがすべてダメでした...

どのブラウザでも同じようにだめなのですか？　ファイルサイズが常に同じ（登録件数はファイルサイズから算出しているので登録地点の数が同じ）とか、そもそもファイルが保存できないとか、マップの倍率を変えても１箇所しか見えないとか・・・。
あと、login しない状態で、catchv.dat を作ってみるとどうなるでしょうか。
