こんにちは。関心を持って下さり、ありがとうございます。
残念ながら、「それっぽい試作品」はあるものの、まだ実用レベルではないので（そもそも私が、アラビア語の初歩の初歩すら理解していません）、公開は先になると思います。

アラビア語の無料電子辞書でしたら、内藤さんが制作されたPDIC版の辞書があります。

PDIC形式の辞書データは、EBWin/EBMac/EBPocketでも利用できます。
こちらはいかがでしょう。
