DTXMania099のメンテナンスリリースを行いました。

最近、DTXMania099系を起動すると、起動時にエラーが発生するようになった問題を修正しました。 (DTXMania1xx系には、この問題はありません)

This is a maintenance release of DTXMania099 series.

It fixes not to show the error at startup. (The error does not occur in DTXMania1xx series)
