除外する障害タイプに複数指定をしたいのですが、カンマでは有効にならないようなのですが、どうしたらよいでしょうか？

Javaの正規表現で指定してみてください。

障害URLを登録しないようにできますか？
もしくは定期的に削除するジョブはどのように記述すればいいですか？
