ラベル設定が有効に機能しておりません。
検索結果の全てのドキュメントに全てのラベルがついてしまい、絞り込みに利用できません。
（各ラベルのドキュメント数=全ドキュメント数になってしまっています。）
試しに、対象とするパスを空欄にしてみましたが、やはり全てのドキュメントにラベルがついてしまいました。

何か設定上間違いがあるのでしょうか？

■環境
Linux Mint 17.2
Java 1.7.0_79
FESS 9.4.2

■ラベル設定内容
設定名 - test1
値 - test1
対象とするパス - .*/1/.* もしくは空欄
除外するパス - 空欄
ロール - samba
表示順 - 80

設定名 - test2
値 - test2
対象とするパス - .*/2/.* もしくは空欄
除外するパス - 空欄
ロール - samba
表示順 - 80

■ファイルシステムクロール設定内容
設定名 - test
パス - smb://(IPアドレス)/disk/test/
ロール - samba
ラベル - test1,test2

外しているかもですが、当方は、『○○クロール設定』に指定するラベルの『対象とするパス』は空にして、クロール設定に紐付けないラベルを別途作り、その『対象とするパス』に絞り込みの条件を書いて対応してます。

上記が必要ありません。「対象とするパス」とクロール設定のラベル指定はそれぞれで有効になります。

仰るとおり、クロール設定でラベルを空欄にして再度テストしたところ、うまくいきました。
