The output of up to 9 external programs can be displayed thanks to plugins, ISDN online/offline status can be displayed with a LED, and there is APM support, a mail and news client (local mbox, POP, IMAP, NNTP), a new configure option --with-drivers=[list], a setiathome client, a simple Web server driver, and support for new (kernel 2.4) ppdev to access parallel port with ioctl().
