PHP-IRC is a PHP5-based IRC bot which operates under
several different platforms with the purpose of automating
common information related tasks on IRC. Current features
include DCC chat administration, DCC file transfer support,
module-based user-defined function support, user tracking,
custom DCC chat handlers, MySQL support, and more.
