[Macemacsjp-users 580] Korean Hangul settings

To Korean users,

The Korean setting in [macemacsjp-english 149] is insufficient. In 
order to display Hangul filenames, one has to add the below line in 
.emacs.el file.

(set-file-name-coding-system 'utf-8)
