Thanks. A silly typo, indeed — although I actually see it at line 60, rather
than 145. Given the vim macro used to effect the change, it's difficult to see
how it crept in there, but no matter; it did, and it's fixed now.

Ticket details:

Using MinGw to try to create a status window in a Windows app, noticed
STATUSCLASSNAME was undefined, despite including commctrl.h. Noticed in the
header that it got misspelled in revision
4e112aee2e0f9666221d325c41641abdc8257b21, line 145 of commctrl.h as
STATUSCUASSNAME.
