I succeeded to execute "CUT" on NetBSD/i386. I wrote detail steps in Wiki. http://sourceforge.jp/projects/openroads/wiki/SetUpCutOnNetBSD This steps are like quick hack, I'm thinking more smart way. And I'm waiting your suggestions. :-) This page may change day by day.
