この記事によると、Network Associatesの特許に影響を受けると思われるプログラムとしてSpam AssasinやSpam Bayesがあげられています。

POPFileもこの特許に接触する可能性はないのでしょうか?

今後の動向が非常に気になります。

slashdot.jp のメッセージを見ると、特許の内容に触れられている
投稿がないような感じですね。
本家では、Claim の内容についての言及もあるのですが。
