Unfortunately the first time I tried to build it it failed because of a missing header file included by anthyui.cpp. The reason of this failure is due to a bug in Qt < 3.3.5, fixed in this last release, that was ignoring the <includehints> elements inside .ui files. The attached patch applied over current anthyui.ui file fixed the problem by dropping the extra <includehints> elements, thus generating a valid source file that can be compiled.
