Is it possible to decrypt a file that has been
encrypted by Tombo without using Tombo?

I have a GPG tool installed on my Windows maching
called Window Privacy Tool (WinPT) that allows me to
right click on a file in the explorer and
encrypt/decrypt it. I was hoping that I would be able
to use it to decrypt the files
