This version trying to fix following bugs:
1. charging to phone dead critical bug. (X820 6+128GB fast charge toggle disabled)
2.The phone randomly stops charging while using LeEco orginal charger with fast charge toggle on.
verify result: 1,2 both failed still has these issues.
