As an aid to debugging (especially when sub-scripts are used that may have been called from multiple places), add a metacommand that will trigger the recording of up to N last pairs of script file names and line numbers, where N is specified in the metacommand. Also add a metacommand, and possibly also an ON ERROR version of it, that will write out that history.
