Ticket details:
Now that cityname length is dynamic, no space gets wasted because of big MAX_LEN_CITYNAME. With some encoding issues, freeciv-web has run to problems with the longest city names in supplied nations. Let's increase MAX_LEN_CITYNAME to 120.
