Ticket details:
Currently Msys2 Ruledit installer places Registry keys under Freeciv-ruledit/ hierarchy. Rearrange things so that all Freeciv's keys are under Freeciv/
Freeciv/<version>/<arch>/<app>
where <app> is either "client-<gui>" or "ruledit"
We should have also ruledit key to have <gui> -part, both to support multiple guis on the same arch (currently we have only one ruledit installer / arch) and the key to act as documentation. That change is left to future ticket, as the ruledit .nsi -generation file does not have access to gui -information.
