adobe::rotate and adobe::reduce_balanced were
added, based on Alex Stepanov's work. See

adobe::partition_selection_copy,
adobe::split_selection, and
adobe::stable_partition_selection were added. The
overloading and namespace strategy was simplified.
The build instructions were rewritten in hopes of
making them easier to grasp.
