This release makes the scrollbar settings actually work. The
French translation was updated, and support for setting the
individual colors of the GTK+ theme was added.

HIG compliance changes were made. Some settings that were no longer relevant were removed, and a Nautilus browser mode setting was added. Support for showing the application list in the Run Application dialog was added, and Epiphany and Metacity settings were added.
