This release works with Mozilla 1.7 -> 1.7.8, 1.8a3 -> 1.8b2,
and trunk. It has a couple more focus fixes to less common
cases, fixes regression since 1.3.19 that prevented helpers
from working with file:/// URLs, and fixes the toolbar editor to
work when the composite extension is enabled.
