gnatsperl is a collection of Perl modules
providing a Perl interface to the gnatsd daemon

Some multi-line hang problems were fixed. "Change
Reason" can now be passed to replaceField.
submitPR no longer adds "> " in front of the
"From" and "Reply-To" fields. The connect method
checks gnatsdVersion. If no password is provided,
login uses "*".
