KFLog (The K Flight Logger) is an aircraft pilot
program for KDE. It is used to display, analyze,
and evaluate flights logged with a GPS flight
recorder (IGC file-format). The user can view the
flight track and the task both in 2D and 3D. The
user can also optimize the task to get a task
which provides a maximum number of points for the
logged track. Animation of the track and planning
a new task are also possible. KFLog supports a
highly configurable vector map, based on DCW-data,
as well as digital terrain data, based on GTOPO30.
The currently available maps cover all of Europe.
The airspace structure available for KFLog covers
the whole world, and is updated about every month.
