morituri is a CD ripper that aims for accuracy over speed. Its features are modeled to compare with Exact Audio Copy on Windows. It features support for MusicBrainz for metadata lookup, support for AccurateRip verification, support for cdparanoia, detection of sample read offset of drives, the ability to test and copy a rip, the ability to detect and rip Hidden Track One Audio, templates for file and directory naming, and tagging using GStreamer. Currently, it only supports lossless encoding and only has a command line client.

Este é o primeiro lançamento. Foi adicionado suporte para MusicBrainz para pesquisa de metadados e de verificação AccurateRip. O programa detecta a amostra ler deslocamento de unidades, realiza teste de RIP e cópia, e detecta e rasga Hidden Track One Audio. Os modelos podem ser utilizados para nomeação de arquivos e diretórios. Apenas codificação sem perdas é suportada, por enquanto. Tagging usando GStreamer é suportado. Por agora, apenas um cliente de linha de comando (rip) é enviado.
This is the first release. Support was added for MusicBrainz for metadata lookup and for AccurateRip verification.
