Major feature enhancements
This release adds fourteen new classes to the library, including pseudo random number generators, fraction number, regex and gdbm wrappers, config file classes, program argument parser, a basic lexer, and two collections. The quick reference guides are now part of the distribution. There are also a few bugfixes.
