The xsw2pdf tool was replaced by xswconv, which generates presentations in other formats. For convenience, the xsw2pdf, xsw2png, and xsw2jpeg link to this tool. An -s option was added to specify the starting slide for the presentation. The xsw window now has an icon. There are many bugfixes.
