tovid is a suite of command line utilities (and a graphical frontend) for creating video discs in DVD, VCD, SVCD, and KVCD/KDVD formats (PAL or NTSC). tovid supports a wide variety of input video formats, and can encode to several different output resolutions. Discs may be authored with hierarchical menus for navigation and playback.

Lots of bugs nas questões ffmpeg e outros nesta versão foram corrigidos. Uma opção de ajuste nova foi adicionada para especificar um tamanho de saída desejado. release were fixed. A new -fit option was added
for specifying a desired output size. Interactive
-switched-menus was added for live thumbnail
previews in todisc menus. The -quick-menu todisc
feature was added for greatly improved rendering
speed.
