XOOPS for you

This is the album module which manages photos and videos.

* Changes *
1. Global Permissions
(1) added a link to the user group management to the group name.
(2) added access and management to the setting item.

2. notification of wating approval
(1) when the user submit the photo which needs approval, notify the wating approval to the admin with PM or email.
(2) when the admin approve it, send the approved email to the submitter.
(3) when the adinm refuse it, send the refused email to the submitter.

3. separated "File Valid Check" from "Check Configuration"

4. The community feature
This feature is experimental.
It make the area of the member limitation like the community of SNS for each of the modules and the categories.

5. bug fix
(1) Fatal error in "Rebuild Thumbnails"

(1) When you unzip the zip file, there are two directories html and xoops_trust_path.
Please copy and overwrite in the directory which XOOPS correspond
