2. Added "Select url" in admin page
Admin can choice the original site url or singlelink.php of Weblinks
in the hyperlink of a title .

3. Expand the number of URL characters from 255 bytes to 64 K bytes.

1.1 WEBMAP3 モジュールが必要です。
1.2 カテゴリ単位、リンク単位にマーカーのアイコンが指定できます。

表示するアイコンを決めるルール
(1) リンクに設定されていれば、それを使用する
(2) 属するカテゴリに設定されていれば、それを使用する
(3) 親のカテゴリに設定されていれば、それを使用する
親は一番上まで対象となる。
(4) 複数のカテゴリに属する場合は、いずれかに設定されていれば、それを使用する

2. 管理者の設定に url 選択を追加した
タイトルのハイパーリンクに、
元のサイトと Weblinks のsinglelink.php との選択ができる

3. 登録できるURLの文字数を255バイトから64Kバイトに変更した

4. 一括登録に下記の機能を追加した
(1) フォーム画面からコメントを一括登録する
(2) 登録済のリンクの URL からから RSS URL を検索して、自動で登録する
(3) 登録済のリンクの住所から緯度・経度を検索して、半自動で登録する
(4) \2c という記法でカンマを記述できるようにした
(5) textarea1,2 にて改行(\n)を記述できるようにした
5. 言語ファイル
(1) ロシア語 ( CP1251 & UTF-8 ) を追加した
language ディレクトリの他に extra ディレクトリにも置いている
