(1) require WEBMAP3 module instead of webmap module.
(2) set center of map in map manage.

(1) show icon image when select google map icon.

enable to extend some feed columns.
(1) sometime entry_id or guid have 255 or more characters.
● 変更内容
1. Google Maps API V3 対応
(1) webmap モジュールに代わって WEBMAP3 モジュールが必要です。
(2) マップ管理にて、地図の中心を設定する。
2. リンク管理
(1) Googleアイコンを選択したときに、アイコン画像を表示する。
(2) アイコンを選択したときに、アイコン画像を表示する。
3. feed カラム管理
一部のfeed カラムを拡張できるようにした
(1) entry_id や guid が255文字以上のことがある
