I added a line to the comment of file SECD/secdml.f in which I explain a
few things about the parameter file param.f

I modified the file secdml.f in directory CODESCH2/SECD of the diskette
folder by adding my own comments to the code.

I updated the readme file with the description of the
grid-representation.R file

I added the code grid representation.R which calculates and plots the
cases 2.2.a and 2.2.c from the book by Orlandi (i.e. analytical
transformation for the physical mesh in the cases of the clustering
near the walls and near the centre, respectively)

I added the content of the CD which ships with the book by Orlandi

I went on adding extra bits to the tex file describing my progress in
modelling the VELA experiments.

I added a version-controlled form of my latex files about vela

I created a folder to keep track of my latex documents

I added the first simulation of the VELA experimental facility adding
this time the anaconda.

I simply removed a copy of the readme file I have no use for

Now I corrected the expression for the turbulent diffusivity (first I
was dividing by the particle density [about 1300 in SI units], whereas
I should have divided by the air density [about 1.16 in SI units]) since
it all boils down to a contribution from turbulent viscosity, which is a
property of the fluid and NOT of the particles.

I created a separate folder containing the version-controlled VELA
simulations and moved in there my previous version-controlled Comsol
binary file.

Now I have modified the Comsol file containing the VELA simulation by
adding a new analysis: this time it also solves the diffusion equation
for the particles.

I added a new comsol file with the simulation of a realistic VELA
experiment to the repository. For now, it just has the fluido-dynamical
and thermal analysis.

I added the plot-boundary.R file (analytical continuation of a
numerical solution for the velocity close to the wall using the
expression by Yannis and Housidas) and updated the readme file.

I added a couple of extra codes (1) plots_simulated_velocity.R and (2)
plots_transient.R and modified the readme file.

I now removed the test-rev file, which was simply a file I created to
test the subversion system
