Jaiwls is a component oriented framework with bundled a servlet Web server (Jetty) and HTML widget library. It is easy to integrate in existing applications with static compiled Java classes and supports dynamic websites using Groovy, a runtime injectable singelton instance, well formatted stack traces, a low memory footprint for compiled projects, powerful URL rewrites possible, a production mode (with no recompilation) for Groovy-based applications, and much more.

Scripturian is a compact library that makes it very easy to integrate JVM languages (which support JSR-223). It lets you embed "scriptlets" into text documents, in the style of PHP, JSP, and ASP. It also allows boot strap JVM applications using any of the supported languages, which makes it easy to quickly configure and make changes in how your applications start up without re-compilation.

Xtempore is a lightweight, modular, and powerful XML-based domain independent templating language. It's essentially a programming library which provides flexible tools for transforming an object (model) and an XML document (template) into another XML document. Xtempore is implemented in Java and requires JRE 1.5 or later and slf4j for logging.

URL Rewriter is a tool for rewriting URLs in Java
Servlets. It is similar to mod_rewrite.

Enterprise Reporting Server (Birt) aims to be a Free Software replacement for the standard
Birt webviewer.

TimeMachine Scheduler is a Java scheduler which can scale and run a high volume of jobs with many different types of schedules, such as repeating on a fixed interval or based on cron expressions. The scheduler can control the job executions with thread pools, and it can persist job data into different storage receptacles. Users may use the built-in schedule server with an easy-to-use configuration file, or developers may use it as a library to extend the scheduler and write custom jobs, schedules, or user services.

The Maven-Grester plugin is a Maven2 plugin for
Jester, the JUnit tester tool. It enables Jester to be executed at any valid Maven lifecycle phase in a Maven Project. It saves developers from constructing cumbersome Java classpath entries on the
commandline every time they need Jester to run against JUnit Tests in the project. It can also help
to dispense with a suite of scripts that may have
been written to handle complex Java classpath executions for Maven projects.

vert.x (formerly known as node.x) is a polyglot asynchronous application framework. It embraces the good bits of event-driven frameworks like node.js without the bad bits. Everything is non-blocking, runs on the JVM, and is polyglot. You can use it from Ruby, Groovy, Java, JavaScript, Python, Clojure, and Scala.

GEMS EMF Intelligence is a framework designed to
help you reason about your EMF models. The
framework provides a knowledge base that you can
assert EMF modeling elements into. Once modeling
elements are asserted into the knowledge base, you
can add constraints to relationships between model
elements. Finally, you can use GEMS EMF
Intelligence to derive valid endpoints (other
objects in the knowledge base) for relationships
(such as EReferences) of a modeling element. GEMS
EMF Intelligence supports constraints written in
OCL, Prolog, Groovy, and BeanShell. Multiple
constraint languages can be mixed in a single
knowledge base.

Gnasher alleviates developers from having to execute maven builds with the "-o" option (offline) to avoid accessing external repositories' metadata files.
The SHA1 hash files and the missing pom metadata files for dependencies are created if they are missing. The next time the build is run, external repositories are not accessed and the build runs faster.

CronosEnbourg is a monitoring daemon for JMX, designed to target J2EE application servers like jBoss or WebLogic.
