"Gutenberg Labo" is Japanese font foundry, and provides open license fonts made from public domain printings and original designs. This Project also provides original-designed fonts by the open license.

Japanese fonts licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0. Gothic and mincho typefaces are released (but the both of them are under developing, and lack many glyphs now.)

We develop open source operating systems with an emphasis on the Japanese language environment. A Linux distribution based on Debian GNU/Linux Stable Brunch and built on the GNOME desktop.

Qt is a comprehensive, object-oriented development framework that enables development of high-performance, cross-platform rich-client and server-side applications. When you implement a program with Qt, you can run it on the X Window System (Unix/X11), Apple Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows NT/9x/2000/XP by simply compiling the source code for the platform you want. Qt is the basis for the KDE desktop environment, and is also used in numerous commercial applications such as Google Earth, Skype for Linux, and Adobe Photoshop Elements.

GTK, which stands for the Gimp ToolKit, is a library for creating graphical user interfaces. It is designed to be small and efficient, but still flexible enough to allow the programmer freedom in the interfaces created. GTK provides some unique features over standard widget libraries.

Libxml2 is the XML C library developed for the Gnome project. The library code is portable (to Linux, Unix, Windows, embedded systems, etc.) and modular; most of the extensions can be compiled out. Libxml2 implements a number of existing standards related to markup languages, including the XML standard, Namespaces in XML, XML Base, Relax NG, RFC 2396, XPath, XPointer, HTML4, XInclude, SGML Catalogs, and XML Catalogs. In most cases, libxml tries to implement the specifications in a relatively strict way. To some extent, it provides support for the following specifications, but doesn't claim to implement them: DOM, FTP client, HTTP client, and SAX2. Support for W3C XML Schemas is in progress. It includes xmllint, a command line XML validator.
